Payment Confirmation–
For Services:
The customer will receive the payment confirmation through email.
After making payments the confirmation from the company will reach the customer within 2 days.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be provided to the customer if they decide to cancel the policy or reduce the sum insured. The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. (Dubai Branch) will take around 2 weeks to make the refund which will be provided through a cheque.

For No Refund Policy:
Refund won’t be provided if the customer fails to disclose all the right information while procuring an insurance policy.

Cancellation Policy:
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
