CLAIMS PROCEDURE
- Please notify the company immediately if any Loss/Damage has occurred or is likely to occur by Email / Fax/ Phone
- For Towing and Roadside Assistance contact International Motoring Club on 600575751
- Please advice Name and Phone number of person to be contacted
- Please provide basic details as to how the Loss / Damage has occurred and extent of Loss
- Please extend full co-operation to the Surveyor and provide all documents and information for expeditious completion of survey
- Please take all urgent steps to minimize the loss
